BB-11001 Troponin I/CK-MB/Myoglobin Detection Kit
Product Information:
Troponin I/CK-MB/Myoglobin Detection Kit (Colloidal Gold Method)
Product Introduction: This product is used for the qualitative detection of cardiac troponin I (cTnI), creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB), and myoglobin (MYO) in human serum/plasma. In healthy individuals, cTnI levels in the blood are very low, but they rapidly increase and are released into the bloodstream 4-6 hours after acute myocardial infarction (AMI), remaining elevated for 6-10 days. Therefore, cTnI is a specific marker for myocardial infarction. Creatine kinase (CK) is a dimer that exists in three isoenzyme forms: BB (brain type), MM (skeletal type), and MB (hybrid type). CK-MB levels become abnormal in the blood 4-6 hours after the onset of acute myocardial infarction symptoms, peaking at 18-24 hours and returning to normal within 2-3 days, making CK-MB a traditional marker for acute myocardial infarction. Myoglobin (MYO) is released faster than other cardiac markers when muscle cells are damaged. Myoglobin serum levels exceed the normal range within 1 hour of myocardial infarction, peaking at 4-8 hours after onset. Therefore, myoglobin is an early marker of acute myocardial infarction.
