Features of the Solid Wood Coating System:
Sealer (Basecoat Sealer):

The sealer provides excellent filling capabilities and optimal "grain-filling" effects. Adding 1.0% of a specific additive with a "+" effect can significantly enhance the sealing performance. For even better results, adding more of this additive can further improve sealing effectiveness.

 

Primer (Basecoat):
The primer delivers excellent sanding performance, great pore-filling capabilities, and minimizes pinhole defects. Depending on the customer's requirements for sealing effects, the proportion of additives can be adjusted to achieve the desired results. For example:

  • For an 80% sealing requirement, add 0.7–1.0% of the additive during the first and second coating stages.
  • For a fully sealed coating system, add 0.6–0.7% of the additive during the first stage and 0.5–0.6% during the second stage.

 

Color Adjustment Topcoat:
In cold and dry conditions, regular color adjustment topcoats dry faster, allowing furniture to be sanded in a shorter period. These topcoats can typically dry in about 2 hours during winter.

 

Topcoat (Final Coating):
This series of topcoats offers excellent transparency and high gloss. During application, adding a matching additive improves the transparency and clarity of the coating, enhancing its final appearance.
