DF-37004 Fuwo Sidewall Panel
Product Description
Fuwo Sidewall Panel is a rigid foam plastic with a honeycomb closed-cell structure, primarily composed of polystyrene resin. It is formed using CO2 foaming, with additives such as flame retardants, color masterbatch, and nucleating agents. The closed-cell structure is filled with CO2 gas, making it more environmentally friendly compared to traditional HCFC and CFC foams.
Product Advantages
- Thermal Insulation: Low thermal conductivity ensures long-term insulation, effectively preventing basement condensation.
- High Impact Resistance: With a strength of up to 1.0 MPa, the panel protects the waterproof layer without needing an additional retaining wall.
- Easy Installation: The self-adhesive sidewall panel bonds firmly to the waterproof layer, simplifying onsite operations and reducing costs and construction time.
- Waterproof and Damp-proof: The PE film surface creates a double waterproof layer, preventing groundwater penetration and basement issues like seepage, condensation, and mold.
- Eco-friendly: The panel uses environmentally friendly foaming agents that reduce Global Warming Potential (GWP) and Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), with a brominated SBS flame retardant, making the product non-toxic and harmless.
