GBX-55010Thermoplastic Halogen-Free Low Smoke Flame Retardant Polyolefin Sheath
GBX-55010Thermoplastic Halogen-Free Low Smoke Flame Retardant Polyolefin Sheath Material
Product Description GBX-55010 is a thermoplastic low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable material designed for use at 90°C. It is formulated with polyolefin resin as the base material, combined with high-efficiency halogen-free flame retardants, crosslinking agents, and other processing aids. The resulting product exhibits excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical properties, flame retardant performance, and processing performance. It is halogen-free and produces low smoke emissions, making it an ideal choice for various cable applications.
Applications GBX-55010 can be widely used in power cables, communication cables, control cables, marine cables, optical cables, electronic wiring, and mineral cables. Its superior processing performance, flame retardancy, and crack resistance make it particularly suitable for large public facilities with high flame retardant requirements, such as subways, high-speed railways, airports, and nuclear power plants. It operates effectively at a continuous working temperature of 70-90°C.
