Product Description GBX-55012 is designed for the insulation and sheathing of charging pile power cables. This series of irradiation crosslinked low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable materials is formulated with polyolefin resin as the base material, combined with high-efficiency halogen-free flame retardants, crosslinking agents, and other processing aids. The resulting product offers excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical performance, flame retardancy, and processing capabilities. It is halogen-free and produces low smoke emissions, making it suitable for a wide range of cable applications.
Applications GBX-55012 can be widely used in power cables, communication cables, control cables, marine cables, optical cables, and signal cables. It operates effectively at a continuous working temperature of 105-125°C. The recommended irradiation dose is 10-15 Mrad, with specific processing tailored to meet cable performance standards.
