GBX-55013 90°C-125°C Irradiation Crosslinked Halogen-Free Low Smoke Flame Retard
GBX-55013 90°C-125°C Irradiation Crosslinked Halogen-Free Low Smoke Flame Retardant Polyolefin Insulation Material
Product Description GBX-55013 series includes low smoke halogen-free and PVC polyolefin insulation and sheath materials, designed for insulation and sheathing of wires and power cables. This material meets the requirements of JB/T 10491 and offers excellent electrical performance. It is made from polyolefin resin base material, combined with high-efficiency halogen-free flame retardants, crosslinking agents, and other processing aids. This results in a product with superior mechanical and physical properties, electrical performance, flame retardancy, and processing capabilities. It is halogen-free and produces low smoke emissions.
Applications GBX-55013 can be widely used in power cables, communication cables, control cables, marine cables, optical cables, and signal cables. It operates effectively at a continuous working temperature of 105-125°C. The recommended irradiation dose is 10-15 Mrad, with specific processing tailored to meet cable performance standards.
