Inspection Methods
- UV Optical Power Test: Use an integrating sphere to test that the UV optical power output of the module meets the specified value.
- UV Wavelength Range Test: 270~280 nm
- Insulation Withstand Voltage Test: Apply AC1500 V, 50Hz voltage between the live parts and the casing, maintaining for 1 minute without breakdown or other issues.
- High and Low Temperature Test: The product can reliably operate within the temperature range of -25~40℃ and can be stored reliably within the temperature range of -40℃~85℃.
Product Usage Precautions
- Handle the product with care; avoid dropping or contact with sharp objects, especially on the light-emitting surface.
- Do not use power supplies that do not meet the required specifications.
- Use the product in an environment within the rated temperature range and avoid prolonged operation in high-temperature, enclosed environments.
- Do not expose the module directly to high humidity; ensure proper waterproofing and moisture-proof isolation.
- If the product requires a light-transmitting window, it is recommended to use a high-purity quartz glass plate to effectively transmit ultraviolet light.
Human Safety Precautions
- All assembly workers, observers, and bystanders must wear eye and skin protection.
- Direct observation of the deep UV LED (including through a microscope) and handling it with bare eyes during operation is prohibited.
- Deep UV light is easily absorbed by contaminants; avoid touching the optical structure of the UV LED.
- This product is moisture-sensitive. It is recommended to store it at a temperature of 18℃~30℃ and humidity of 30%~60%, and keep it sealed. To ensure product quality, unopened packaging should be used within one year of shipment. Once opened, it is recommended to use the product within 24 hours. If stored for more than 24 hours, it must be resealed and dehumidified before the next use: Temperature: 65℃, Time: 5H.
