Product Information:

The low-pressure irrigation PVC-U pipe is made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin with organic tin stabilizers. The production process includes batching, high-speed hot mixing, cold mixing, quantitative feeding, extrusion, vacuum cooling, secondary spray cooling, traction, fixed-length cutting, flipping, stacking, and flaring. The pipe is typically gray in color and comes in 6-meter lengths, though length can be adjusted based on mutual agreement.

Excellent Mechanical Properties: The PVC agricultural irrigation pipe has great rigidity and strong resistance to external forces, making it suitable for underground water transportation without being easily damaged by external pressure.

Installation Instructions:

PVC-U pipes and fittings used for irrigation can be connected in two main ways: adhesive bonding and rubber ring connections. Adhesive bonding is more commonly used, and when done correctly, the connection strength exceeds the pipe strength.

I. Adhesive Bonding Method:

Clean the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe, ensuring they are free from moisture and oil.

Measure the length of the straight pipe that needs to be inserted into the fitting socket, and mark the insertion depth.

Apply a thin layer of adhesive evenly on both the inner wall of the fitting socket and the insertion end of the straight pipe.

Insert the straight pipe into the socket, reaching the marked depth, and hold it for 15 minutes.

II. Flared Socket Connection Method:

Clean the inner wall of the flared socket and the outer wall of the insertion part of the straight pipe.

Measure the length of the flared section and mark the insertion length on the straight pipe (slightly shorter than the measured length).

Place the sealing ring in the groove of the flared end (with the sloped side of the ring facing outward). The insertion end of the straight pipe should have a 15° chamfer for easy insertion.

Align the insertion end of the straight pipe with the flared socket and insert it until it reaches the marked line.
