Composition: This product is a single-component, air-drying coating made from high-molecular epoxy ester resin, silicone resin, anti-rust pigments, additives, and solvents.

  • Surface Preparation

    Proper metal surface preparation is critical for ensuring anti-corrosion performance:

    • Clean Surface: Remove dust, grease, and other contaminants. Smooth rough welds, edges, and burrs.
    • Rust Removal:
      • For optimal results, use abrasive blasting to achieve Sa2.5 grade.
      • For manual preparation, achieve St3 grade. Apply primer within 4 hours of rust removal.
    • Surface Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and oil-free surface before applying the topcoat.

    Coating Requirements

    • Apply evenly without missing spots.
    • At temperatures above 23°C, apply the next coat once the primer is touch-dry (typically after 4+ hours).
    • Overlapping sections of the anti-corrosion layer should be ≥100 mm.

    Application Conditions

    • Ensure steel surface condition, temperature, and atmospheric environment are suitable. Avoid painting under rain, snow, or extreme humidity (>85%).
    • Maintain the steel temperature at least 3°C above the dew point. Avoid application when surface condensation is present.
    • Coating temperature: ≥10°C for proper drying. Do not apply above 35°C or below freezing temperatures.
  • Packaging & Storage

    • Packaging: 20 kg per set, bucket packaging.
    • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated indoor warehouse. At 23°C, shelf life is 3 months. Products beyond shelf life may be used if tested and qualified.

    • Prevent fire hazards; keep the application area well-ventilated.
    • Workers must wear protective gear to avoid inhaling fumes and skin or eye contact.
    • For skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water; for eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.
    • In case of fire, extinguish with foam, CO₂, or dry powder extinguishers. Avoid using water.
