Composition:
This primer is made from thermoplastic acrylic resin, plasticizers, pigments, fillers, excellent anti-rust agents, solvents, and additives. It is a single-component, air-drying coating.Product Features:

Main Applications:
Ideal as an anti-rust primer for construction machinery, vehicles, and steel structures.

Application Methods:
- High-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, brushing, and rolling.
Thinner: Acrylic thinner.
Spraying Viscosity: 16~22 seconds (Tu-4 cup at 25°C).
Spraying Pressure: 0.25~0.45 MPa.

- Oxidized steel: Polish manually or with an electric wire brush to St2 level.
- Non-oxidized steel: Polish manually or with an electric wire brush to St2 level.
- Steel with shop primer: Polish manually or with an electric wire brush to St2 level.
- Welded or heat-affected areas: Remove weld slag, smooth out, and polish to St2 level.
- Steel with old paint: Remove loose and deteriorated paint, polish to St2 level.
Before applying a subsequent coat, ensure the prior coat is fully dry. For aged coatings, sand the surface and remove any contaminants such as grease, dust, acids, alkalis, or moisture.

- Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated indoor warehouse.

- Shelf life: 12 months (usable after reinspection if within standards).
Safety Precautions
- Ensure all tools and surfaces are dry and clean. Avoid contact with water, acids, or alkalis during mixing and application.
- Do not apply in humidity above 75%, during rain, or in foggy weather.
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Workers must wear protective gear to prevent inhalation of paint mist and contact with eyes or skin.
- If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with soap and water immediately. If it enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.
- In case of fire, do not use water. Use foam, CO2 extinguishers, or dry powder extinguishers.
