LL-32005 DFA Wet-Laid Self-Adhesive Polymer Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane
Standard: GB/T 35467-2017
Product Overview: The wet-laid self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproof membrane uses polyester fiber non-woven fabric as the base, coated with self-adhesive modified bitumen on both sides. The bottom surface is covered with silicon release film, polyethylene film, or fine sand, and the top surface with silicon release film or paper, making it suitable for wet-laid construction.
Product Features:
High Strength: Polyester base has high tensile strength, large elongation, and strong tear and puncture resistance.
Excellent Adhesion: High bonding strength with cement mortar.
Ease of Use: No need for primer or heating, reducing fire hazards and simplifying construction.
Durable: Uses cement mortar for bonding, providing excellent waterproofing and resistance to liquid water and vapor.
Scope of Application:
Non-Exposed Roofing: For various buildings' non-exposed roofs, underground, and indoor projects.
Civil Engineering: Suitable for open-cut subways, tunnels, pools, canals, especially where open flames are prohibited.
Construction Process:
Surface preparation
Preparation of cement slurry
Baseline marking and trial laying
Removing release paper from the membrane bottom
Laying the membrane
Rolling and venting
Overlapping and sealing
Curing and protection of finished product
