Product Overview:

LST-31001 Ultra-Reflective Heat Insulating Cooling Sunscreen Coating is a unique, highly advanced coating based on a composite of specially selected functional resins. It incorporates nano-optical micropowder, rare earth oxide micropowder, high infrared radiation micropowder, and infrared opaque micropowder as auxiliary materials. This coating is extensively used on various substrates, providing exceptional properties such as solar reflection, heat reflection, sun protection, cooling, insulation, shading, heat radiation, waterproofing, and rust prevention.

 

It surpasses traditional reflective coatings available in the market, with peak reflectivity exceeding 97.6% and an average reflectivity greater than 90% in the 200-2500nm wavelength range. The hemispherical emissivity is greater than 87%, with a contrast ratio above 0.92, reducing the substrate temperature by more than 25℃. It effectively prevents heat accumulation and conduction, distinguishing it from conventional reflective coatings.

  • Substrate Treatment:

     

    • Concrete/Cement: Ensure dry, solid, and firm surfaces without sand, cracks, or loose defects.
    • Metal/Steel Panels: Ensure rust-free surfaces, free of oxidation, dust, oil, and impurities. High-pressure water cleaning is acceptable, followed by drying before coating. Existing anti-rust paint does not need to be removed if adhesion is good.
    • Waterproof Materials: Ensure clean, dry surfaces without dust, impurities, or oil.
    • Steel/Metal: Treated surfaces should be free of oil, rust, dust, and impurities.

     

    Coating Method: Roll coating, brushing, or high-pressure airless spraying.

     

    Curing Time: 23±°C, relative humidity < 65%, surface dry: 30-50min; fully dry: not less than 48h.

     

    Environmental Requirements: Surface and ambient temperature should generally not be below 8°C, and the surface temperature should be 3°C above the dew point. Relative humidity should not exceed 65%, avoiding strong winds, dust, and rain. Ensure good ventilation and dry environment.

     

    Packaging Specifications: Standard iron drum (top diameter Φ320mm, bottom diameter Φ320mm, height 360mm): 15kg/drum. Custom packaging specifications are available.

     

    Storage Requirements: Store in a cool, dry place indoors. Seal unused products and store for up to 12 months.
