Product Description:

MLX-10300 is an injection-grade transparent resin suitable for manufacturing fully degradable transparent products using injection molding processes or for modification purposes.

 

Polylactic Acid (PLA) is a new type of bio-based and renewable biodegradable material, made from renewable plant resources (such as corn, cassava, etc.) through starch raw materials. The starch is saccharified to obtain glucose, which is then fermented by certain strains to produce high-purity lactic acid.

 

The lactic acid is then polymerized through chemical synthesis to form PLA with a specific molecular weight. PLA has excellent biodegradability; after use, it can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature under specific conditions, eventually generating carbon dioxide and water, thus not polluting the environment. It is an ideal green polymer material.
