Polylactic Acid (PLA) MLX-10302 is a filled, heat-resistant grade PLA resin, non-transparent, with relatively high mechanical properties and heat deflection temperature. The heat deflection temperature can reach 95-105 degrees Celsius. Additionally, it crystallizes quickly, which is beneficial for molding. It is suitable for fully degradable products with high-temperature resistance requirements that are non-transparent, such as tableware, daily necessities, toys, product housings, and cosmetics.
Polylactic Acid (PLA) MLX-10302 is a filled, heat-resistant grade PLA resin, non-transparent, with relatively high mechanical properties and heat deflection temperature. Due to the inherent properties of PLA resin, such as slow crystallization rate, high shrinkage of finished products, poor processing stability, brittleness, and low heat deflection temperature (approximately 60-70 degrees Celsius), its applications in many fields are greatly limited.
Therefore, it requires heat resistance and dimensional stability modification. After modification, the heat deflection temperature of PLA is significantly improved (95-105 degrees Celsius), and its dimensional stability is better. Additionally, it crystallizes quickly, making it advantageous for molding.
