NZ-25006 Aerogel Insulation Coating for Construction
The Magical Material Changing the World
Aerogel is not a "gel" as traditionally conceived; it is a solid material with a nanoporous network structure. Invented by American Kistler S. in 1931, it is often referred to as "blue smoke" or "frozen smoke" due to its light, mist-like appearance and bluish hue. Aerogel holds 15 Guinness World Records for its unique properties.
Unmatched Insulation Properties of Aerogel
Among its numerous properties, aerogel's insulation capability is the most mature and widely applied. It is currently the best-known solid insulating material. Aerogel's special structure obstructs all paths of heat transfer, including conduction, convection, and radiation, achieving an unparalleled insulating effect that other materials cannot match.
NZ-25006 Aerogel Insulation Coating for Construction
Product Description:
NZ-25006 Aerogel Insulation Coating for Construction is a high-performance thermal insulation material composed of a specialized high-performance resin emulsion, selected SiO₂ aerogel, and hollow glass beads, using water as the solvent. The coating forms a dense vacuum layer on the surface of the coated object, effectively blocking solar radiation and heat conduction from the air, reducing heat exchange between the interior and exterior of the coated object.
Product Features:
- Thermal insulation
- Lightweight and crack-resistant
- Simplifies construction process
- Sound insulation and noise reduction
- Fire retardant
- Safe and environmentally friendly
Product Applications:
- Exterior insulation for buildings and rooftops
- Insulation for building walls
- Storage tanks
- Communication base stations
Construction Instructions:
- Aerogel insulation coating for construction must be applied using a spraying process. Insulation materials should be mixed on-site. Stir the insulation materials evenly, then add 5% to 10% water depending on construction needs, and mix well with a stirring tool.
