SINOVA-JSYL-A28003 solvent free and high-temperature resistant silicone resin is a two-component room temperature curing system with fast surface drying speed at room temperature. It has excellent aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high hardness, wear resistance, color retention and gloss retention properties.
The room temperature curing high temperature resistant silicone resin coating prepared with JSYL-A28003 can be made into high-performance high temperature resistant coating of 200-800 degrees Celsius with different formulas, which makes up for the defects of hardness and toughness of commercial silicone resin products. It has good comprehensive performance. The high hardness and high density coating after curing ensures excellent heat resistance, low air permeability and corrosion resistance, so that the metal surface can be completely isolated from external water, gas, salt, etc. and protected from damage by environmental factors; high toughness ensures that the coating is not easy to crack or peel off in extreme environments (acid, alkali, salt spray, high and low temperature, etc.), and can be used for a long time, ensuring that it has a protective effect within 20 to 30 years. SINOVA-JSYL-A28003 does not contain VOC and has the characteristics of high solid content and low viscosity. The prepared coating can be sprayed or brushed without adding diluent, which meets the requirements of environmental protection regulations. High hardness, up to 8H or more, in order to obtain the necessary adhesion to the substrate, the thickness of the coating cannot exceed 35um. The coating will not change color at high temperatures.
Room temperature curing high temperature resistant silicone resin coating overcomes the defect that traditional high temperature coatings (Tron, inorganic coatings, solvent-based silicone resin coatings, water-based silicone resin coatings, etc.) cannot be cured at room temperature, and is more suitable for outdoor large workpieces, equipment, pipelines, platforms, units and other construction environments that cannot be baked at high temperatures. SINOVA-JSYL-A28003 is packaged in A and B components.

Packaging and Storage
Provide 4kg+0.12kg and 18kg+0.6KG packaging, and transport as non-hazardous goods. Seal and place in a cool, dark, dry place. The storage temperature should be between 5 and 25°C. Keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of the main agent and curing agent is 12 months. Components AB need to be sealed and protected to avoid contact with water vapor.
