Product Introduction
SINOVA-JSYL-J13014 is a water dispersion of type 1 epoxy resin. It has a white emulsion appearance with a blue light. It contains about 7% propylene glycol methyl ether. It is particularly suitable for container coating.

The main purpose:
◆ This product has good adhesion to most metal substrates after being mixed with water-based epoxy curing agent, and is suitable for developing anti-rust primers or protective paints. In order to achieve better anti-corrosion properties, it is generally recommended that the dosage of curing agent is based on chemical theory 80%~90% of the calculation amount. It can also be used as a base-in-one decorative paint that does not require high weather resistance.
◆ The temperature when dispersing and grinding this product into pigments and fillers should not exceed 50℃.
◆ When designing a formula, additives or pigments and fillers must be tested and proven to be stable in the formula before they can be used. If the additive contains substances that can react with epoxy groups, it will affect the stability of the formula.
◆ There is no need to add pH adjuster during use of this product
Storage and security:
◆ It needs to be stored in the original sealed container at 0℃-40℃. This product has high stability, more than 12 months. During storage, the viscosity may decrease, but this does not affect use. Shelf life will be significantly shortened by exposure to high temperatures or exposure.
◆ To prevent possible freezing, this product should be placed in an anti-freeze environment.
◆ Harmful to aquatic organisms and may have long-term adverse effects on the aquatic environment.
