SINOVA-SCP Series Powder Coatings
Product Introduction
SCP is a TGIC-containing powder coating based on KOFLUX-CLASSII-1 resin and organic pigments.
SCP is suitable for a variety of substrates and has excellent weather resistance and good anti-friction properties.
SCP meets the requirements of Qualicoat (Class 1) and GB5237.4 (Class I). SCP is rich in color, with gloss/matte/matte gloss to choose from; and metal, pearl and other special effects are available.

Test conditions:
All chemical and physical properties are the test results of the laboratory under relative conditions (unless otherwise stated) and are for reference only for coating applications. The actual performance needs to be determined according to the final use environment of the product.

Pretreatment:
In order to achieve the best effect of the product, the substrate must be well pretreated before coating SCP. The specific requirements of the pretreatment supplier shall prevail.
Spraying:
SCP can be sprayed manually or automatically, and the powder can be recycled through the recycling system. Please mix the recycled powder in a ratio of 10:2. For specific details, please consult KGE's corresponding sales and technical service personnel.
