GH3536 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with relatively high iron content, primarily strengthened by solid-solution hardening using chromium and molybdenum. In casting, the corresponding grade is K4536. This alloy offers excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, with moderate creep strength and durability below 900°C. It also exhibits good cold and hot formability and welding performance. The alloy is suitable for manufacturing combustion chamber components, honeycomb structures, diffusers, tail nozzles, and other hot-end components of aircraft engines and can be used for long-term service below 900°C. Our GH3536 alloy can meet specific oxygen and nitrogen content requirements based on customer specifications.
