SJNQ-63003(code)18Ni300

18Ni300 is an ultra-high-strength steel that undergoes precipitation hardening by forming intermetallic compounds in a low-carbon martensitic matrix. After solution treatment, it forms ultra-low carbon martensite with a hardness of 28~30 HRC. Following aging treatment, various types of intermetallic compounds precipitate, leading to age hardening, and the hardness can reach up to 50 HRC. The alloy possesses high strength, high toughness, and high fracture toughness.
