TH-33004 Fly Ash Brick
Product Details:
Features:
- Lightweight: Porosity of 70-85%, with a volume density of 500-900kg/m³, about 1/5 of regular concrete, 1/4 of clay bricks, and 1/3 of hollow bricks. Comparable to wood, can float on water, reduces building weight, and significantly lowers construction costs.
- Fire Resistance: Made from inorganic materials, provides good fire resistance without emitting harmful gases. Fire resistance at 650°C, with a 90mm thick wall lasting 245 minutes and a 300mm thick wall lasting 520 minutes.
- Sound Insulation: Porous structure absorbs sound, with a 10mm thick wall achieving 41 decibels.
- Thermal Insulation: Internal pores offer excellent thermal insulation, with a thermal conductivity of 0.11-0.16W/MK, about 1/4-1/5 of clay bricks. A 20cm thick wall offers the same insulation as a 49cm thick clay brick wall.
- Water Resistance: Composed of many small pores, slow absorption and water conduction. Takes five times longer to saturate compared to clay bricks. Suitable for bathrooms with proper surface treatment for tiling.
- Earthquake Resistance: Provides 2-grade higher earthquake resistance than clay brick structures.
- Eco-friendly: No pollution during production, transport, and use. Protects arable land, conserves energy, and is a green building material.
- Durability: Stable strength, with a 25% increase in strength after a year of exposure, maintaining stability even after ten years.
- Ease of Use: Can be sawed, planed, drilled, nailed, and bonded with appropriate adhesives, facilitating construction.
- Economic: Overall cost is more than 5% lower than solid clay bricks, increases usable area, and enhances building area efficiency.
