Self-Insulating Aerated Block is made from siliceous materials (quartz sand, fly ash), calcareous materials (lime, cement), and an aerating agent. Utilizing advanced German technology and proprietary formulations, these lightweight, porous blocks undergo mixing, casting, pre-curing, cutting, and autoclaving processes. Compared to traditional blocks, they significantly reduce thermal conductivity, offering low thermal conductivity, high strength, and excellent fire resistance. They meet 65% energy-saving requirements and reduce construction costs, making them an innovative material for green building walls.
