TL-32007 Polymer (HDPE) Resin Waterproof Sheet
Product Overview:
HDPE waterproof sheet is a high-density polyethylene resin-based waterproof material. It is produced using ethylene as the main raw material, with propylene, 1-butene, and hexene as comonomers. This material is suitable for thermoplastic molding processes and offers excellent molding processability.
Product Features:
- High Tensile Strength: Over 16MPa at room temperature; elongation at break exceeds 550%.
- Excellent Low-Temperature Flexibility: Remains flexible below -35°C.
- Soft Texture: Good adhesion to the base surface, easy to lay and install.
- Chemical Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and various chemicals.
- Environmentally Friendly: No volatile solvents or toxic gases.
Applications:
- Roof Waterproofing: For buildings' basements, underground warehouses, and garages.
- Municipal Projects: Urban landfill, ash dam handling, roads, railways, drainage projects, water conservancy, and tunnels.
- Waterproofing Dams and Reservoirs: Including liquid storage tanks, water, oil, and liquid transport channels, solid waste disposal sites, cofferdams, land reclamation, and dock projects.
Construction Instructions:
Base Requirements:
- The base surface should be smooth and flat, free of sand, voids, and bumps.
- Corners should be rounded or beveled.
- The base must be inspected and approved.
Process Flow:
- Base Surface Cleaning: Ensure the surface is clean and smooth.
- Sheet Laying: Position the HDPE sheets according to marked lines, ensuring the sheets are flat and aligned, with an overlap width of at least 80mm.
- Seam Welding: Weld each seam using a welding machine. If using double seams, perform air pressure testing.
- Node Repair: Weld suitably cut sheet pieces to the main sheet using a handheld welding gun.
- Sheet Edges: Fix the sheet edges with pressure strips and seal with sealant.
- Detail Treatment: Follow the procedures in the national standard drawing collection 16CJ23-3.
Precautions:
- Construction temperature should be above -5°C.
- Ensure construction protection and temporary fixation before the end of daily construction.
- The waterproof layer should be applied after the previous process is completed to avoid cross-construction.
- Store the product on a flat, water-free ground, with a stack height of no more than four rolls. Cover with opaque material for storage.
- Ensure good ventilation at the construction site and storage area, and prohibit smoking and fire. Take fire precautions during transportation.
- Under normal conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the production date.
