- Longevity: Guarantees a lifespan of over 30 years.
- Environmental Safety: Contains no chlorine, heavy metals, or harmful elements.
- Advanced Polymer Technology: Combines EPDM rubber's weather resistance with polypropylene's weldability.
- Durability: No plasticizers, preventing brittleness; long-lasting waterproofing.
- Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to punctures, acids, alkalis, salts, and oils.
- Reflectivity and Pollution Resistance: Light-colored, smooth surface with high reflectivity; energy-efficient and resistant to pollution.
- Temperature Flexibility: Maintains flexibility at -50°C and mechanical strength at high temperatures.
Applications
- Building Roofs: Waterproofing for roofs and underground structures with high deformation potential.
- Lightweight Steel Structures: Ideal for large industrial buildings and public building roofs.
- Water-Related Structures: Suitable for potable water reservoirs, bathrooms, basements, tunnels, granaries, and subways.
Construction Instructions
Base Requirements:
- Smooth, clean, dry surface with no sand, bulges, or unevenness.
- Rounded or chamfered corners at transitions and embedded parts.
Process Flow:
- Clean base → Line marking → Reinforce nodes → Lay TPO sheets → Hot air welding → Inspection and repair → Acceptance.
Construction Steps:
- Clean the base.
- Lay TPO sheets according to marked lines, ensuring alignment and avoiding twists.
- Overlap seams by ≥80mm, stagger short edges by 300mm, and trim appropriately.
- Weld seams using a welding machine; test double seams for airtightness.
- Repair nodes with cut sheet pieces using a handheld welding gun.
- Secure and seal edges with compression strips and sealant.
Precautions
- Temperature: Construction should be above -5°C.
- Protection: Ensure protection during construction and fix sheets temporarily at the end of each day.
- Sequencing: Perform waterproofing after previous processes are complete; avoid cross-construction.
- Storage: Store on flat, dry ground, with no more than four rolls stacked, covered to prevent exposure.
- Fire Safety: Ensure good ventilation, prohibit smoking and open flames at storage and construction sites.
- Shelf Life: 12 months from the production date under normal conditions.
