The Hollow Fiber Curtain Microfiltration Membrane Module is the core component of the MBRU membrane bioreactor system. It is made of independently developed fiber-reinforced microfiltration (RF) membrane fibers. The membrane fibers feature a unique gradient network pore structure with uniform pore size distribution, marking a major milestone in the "12th Five-Year Plan" national water project, leading the world in performance. This product has received the "Beijing Invention Patent Award (Invention Patent: ZL201210160504.0)" and the "China Patent Excellence Award (Invention Patent: ZL201110347880.6)."

  • High Water Quality: The membrane fibers have uniform pore size distribution, high filtration accuracy, and produce water with turbidity less than 1 NTU.
  • Strong Anti-Fouling Ability: The unique gradient network pore structure of the membrane fibers and the high smoothness of the membrane surface provide good anti-fouling properties, making it easy to clean and restore.
  • Easy Operation and Maintenance: The composite hydrophilic modification technology allows for dry state preservation, facilitating storage, transportation, and cleaning maintenance.
