YSB-46003 Type IV Hollow Fiber Curtain Microfiltration Membrane Module
Product Description:
The Type IV Hollow Fiber Curtain Microfiltration Membrane Module is the core component of the S-MBRU energy-saving membrane bioreactor unit. It is made of independently developed fiber-reinforced microfiltration (RF) membrane fibers. The membrane fibers feature a unique gradient network pore structure with uniform pore size distribution, providing world-class performance. This module has won the "Beijing Invention Patent Award (Invention Patent: ZL201210160504.0)" and the "China Patent Excellence Award (Invention Patent: ZL201110347880.6)." The module's open channel design enhances anti-fouling capabilities.
Product Features:
- High Effluent Quality: The membrane fibers have uniform pore size distribution and high filtration precision, resulting in effluent turbidity of less than 1 NTU.
- Strong Anti-Fouling Ability: The membrane fibers' unique gradient network pore structure, combined with the open channel design of the module, provides excellent anti-fouling properties, making it easy to clean and restore.
- Easy Installation and Maintenance: The membrane module features an integrated limiting guide frame design, simplifying installation and disassembly.
- Long Service Life: The fiber-reinforced composite membrane technology ensures that the membrane fibers have a tensile strength greater than 200 N, with a service life of over 5 years.
