ZR-39004 Concrete Rust Inhibitor
Product Description:
ZR-39004 Concrete Rust Inhibitor is an organic-inorganic composite high-performance concrete corrosion-resistant admixture specifically designed for reinforced concrete structures exposed to chloride salt corrosion environments, such as chemical plants and sewage treatment plants.
This product forms a passivation film and an adsorption film on the surface of the concrete, encasing the entire reinforced concrete in a dense oxide passivation film. This effectively inhibits the electrochemical reaction that causes steel corrosion, prevents chloride ion penetration, reduces the free speed of iron ions, and mitigates the corrosion of steel in concrete by harmful ions, thus achieving rust prevention and extending the concrete's service life.
Product Features:
Excellent Rust Inhibition: The polar functional groups in ZR-39004 Concrete Rust Inhibitor molecules have a strong interaction with the steel, preventing contact between harmful ions like Cl- and the steel surface. This provides efficient, safe, and long-term protection for the steel in concrete, preventing rust.
Superior Concrete Compatibility: ZR-39004 Concrete Rust Inhibitor has no adverse effect on the fresh concrete properties (such as flowability, slump loss, air content) or the long-term strength. It is compatible with commonly used concrete water reducers.
Significantly Prolongs Service Life: The use of ZR-39004 Concrete Rust Inhibitor can significantly delay the corrosion of steel within the concrete structure, inhibit concrete cover cracking due to steel corrosion, and prevent the infiltration of harmful substances, thereby significantly enhancing the service life of reinforced concrete structures.
Excellent Stability: ZR-39004 Concrete Rust Inhibitor is an organic synthetic material with uniform and stable performance. It does not stratify, precipitate, or crystallize over long-term storage.
Eco-Friendly: ZR-39004 Concrete Rust Inhibitor does not contain any substances harmful to the environment or human health, overcoming the adverse effects of traditional inorganic rust inhibitors.
Usage and Precautions:
Dosage: The common dosage of ZR-39004Concrete Rust Inhibitor is 2%-4% of the cementitious material mass. The specific dosage should be determined by experiments.
Usage Method: This product is packaged in 25kg barrels, and the packaging can be adjusted according to user needs. Handle, transport, and store it as general cargo. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. The product has a shelf life of one year; it must be retested after the expiration date and can be used if it passes.
Safety: This product is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, non-flammable, and non-explosive; it does not contain formaldehyde and is eco-friendly. For safety, wear protective gloves and goggles during handling and use to avoid direct skin contact. If it accidentally gets into the eyes or on the skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if discomfort persists.
