Product Introduction

Silicone resin is a general term for polymers whose side chains are connected to silicon atoms by different organic groups and form a spatial network structure skeleton. Silicone resin coating is a coating with silicone resin or modified silicone resin as the main film-forming material. It has excellent special properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, corona resistance, radiation resistance, hydrophobicity, stain resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, electrical insulation and toughness. In recent years, it has been rapidly developed in product applications.

For a long time, the preparation of high-temperature resistant coatings has always relied on solvent-based silicone resins, and its solvent is usually toluene or xylene. Traditional high-temperature resistant coatings will not only increase VOC emissions and cause environmental pollution, but also have potential harm to the operator's body. Therefore, we launched this kind of water-based high-temperature resistant silicone resin emulsion to help customers realize the water-based high-temperature resistant coatings and meet the market demand for ultra-high temperature resistant coatings.

The unique molecular structure design and high phenyl group of this product make the cured coating have excellent thermal stability, aging resistance and weather resistance. It is used to prepare high-temperature resistant coatings of 200~1000℃.

Product Uses

This product is widely used in water-based paints that require long-term high temperatures. If combined with

appropriate pigments and fillers, it can be used in water-based paint fields that require salt spray resistance and weather resistance. The main application directions are as follows:

  • High-temperature resistant water-based paints for home appliances, cookers, stoves, fireplaces, ovens, kilns, flues, chimneys, automobile tail pipes and engines.

  • Weather-resistant and anti-corrosion outdoor metal water-based paints.

  • Household appliances (such as non-stick pan coatings), water-based insulating paints for electronic and electrical components and electromechanical products.

  • The most suitable base material for preparing high-temperature resistant water-based thermal insulation paints, fire retardant paints, heavy anti-corrosion paints, thermal conductive paints, insulating paints, etc.
